For failed deliveries (address issues or unavailability), we attempt delivery twice before returning the package, with reshipping charges applicable. Return and Exchange Policy

At Mystic Weavers, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience but understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be needed.

• Eligibility: Return or exchange within 3 days of delivery (non-sale items only). Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
• Damaged Goods: Report defects or damages within 12 hours of delivery. A reverse pickup will be arranged upon confirmation by our Customer Experience Team.
• Exclusions: No returns for used, washed, or soiled items, or products purchased during sales/discount periods (exchange only).
• Process: Contact us at Support@mysticweavers.com or +91 9951731579 for assistance. Provide an unpacking video for defective items. Reverse pickup is arranged within 7 days after confirmation.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed as store credits in your Mystic Weavers wallet. Delivery charges are not reimbursed. COD orders incur an additional fee and refunds are credited as store credits.
